Andreea Leu is a Northern Virginia native who has spent more than a decade guiding buyers and sellers through the Washington DC and Northern Virginia markets. Licensed since 2013 and based in Arlington, she is part of the Davenport Group at Sotheby’s International Realty, serving clients across DC, Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, McLean, and the neighborhoods in between. She brings sharp instincts, steady communication, and deep local knowledge to every transaction.

Her approach starts with trust. She treats every transaction — a first condo, a forever house, a downsize — with the same level of care, backed by a B.A. in psychology from George Mason University that gives her a genuine read on what buyers and sellers actually need, not just what they say they want. It's a big part of why so many of her clients come back, and why they send their friends.

Andreea spent over a decade putting down roots in Arlington before relocating to DC's Bloomingdale neighborhood, where she now lives with her husband, Paul, and their mini-dachshund, Penny. Outside of work, she's usually running, tracking down a new restaurant or winery, or baking — she likes to send clients home with something sweet on closing day. She also volunteers with Lasagna Love, cooking meals for local families in need, and pitches in with neighbors to support Bloomingdale's Crispus Attucks Park.
